Big Mac not on McDonalds menu in Argentina?

In Argentina, the Big Mac is an “off menu” item. Rumors have it that the government has asked McDonalds to keep the price of the Big Mac artificially low in order to hide the true inflation here, which is reported in the Economist’s Big Mac Index.

I believe rumor has it right. You can't see the Big Mac value published with the rest of the menus. They have it hidden. If I remember correctly, Big Mac costs around AR$25 and the rest of the menus are around $30 – $35.-

yep that's true, i don't know if you heard about the big mac index… anyway you can ask for a big mac anyway, it's the cheapest menu and the most asked one.
