Buenos Aires Contacts: Matias Vertone, Personal Trainer

In the third post of our “Buenos Aires Contacts,” I wanted to highlight my personal trainer, Matias Vertone.

While Matias does not speak much English, it has been a fun experience as my personal training sessions turn out to be both a workout and a Spanish lesson in one.  Matias works out of the Always Gym in Palermo Soho but also trains clients at their home, gym or in the park.  He is incredibly knowledgeable and will design a workout specifically tailored to your goals. Don’t let the language barrier stop you! I have a lot of friends who use him as well and love the workout he puts you through.

    I also found a personal trainer that I would like to recommend. He's fantastic! He
    speaks perfect English (and Spanish of course ;) ) and he is very knowledgeable
    in strength training and personal fitness. I have been working out with him for
    2 months and I have lost 14 pounds (I probably would have lost more but
    cheeseburgers at BK are still too tempting).

    His name is Pablo Nejamis. I have worked with him at a gym and in my apartment;
    he can come to you.
    His email is: pablonejamis@gmail.com

    and his website is: http://www.personaltrainerinba.com/

    If you have any questions about him feel free to email me:
    davidgindc@yahoo.com

    With Pablo, getting fit in Argentina has been a heck of a lot easier than my
    attempts in the USA. Good luck to all!

    If you're looking for a one-on-one fitness experience with a highly qualified and experienced personal trainer then look no further. I specialise mainly in Boxing and Kickboxing for Fitness, which is a safe way of training and involves use of pads and does not contain direct fights.You don’t need to have your own boxin …g gloves as we will provide you with all the necessary equipment.
    Your Personal Training sessions can consist of a combination of Boxing, Kickboxing and other training methods. For example we can include a 15-20 minute Boxing workout into your exercise session and combine it with Weight Training and Cardio workouts. Otherwise you can have a pure 60 minute or 40 minute Boxing or Kickboxing session – it will depend on your desires and preferences.
    Training can take place in the comfort of your own home, in the nearby park or in our studio. We also do short exercise breaks in workplaces .If you are interested or have any questions call at 155-629-5221
